Services cover installation only. Any existing wiring or equipment issues will be addressed before work begins.

Lifetime labor warranty applies to our work. Guest damage or equipment replacements are billed separately.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
If the owner supplies equipment, K2 is not responsible for equipment defects or failures.

Any return visit caused by guest misuse, unplugged cables, or rearranged equipment is a separate service call.

K2 is not responsible for WiFi issues caused by the owner’s ISP or modem hardware.
